Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-10-23 · Version 2026-10-23.1

Effective date: 23 October 2026 Provider: Kanabe Aron Persoană Fizică Autorizată Address: 692, Sânsimion, Harghita 537285, Romania Tax identification code (CIF): 42879844 Trade Register No.: F19/359/2020 VAT identification number: RO42972799 Email: [email protected]

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The paid plan

  • Price: €9.99 per month, including VAT where VAT applies. The price you see is the price you pay, and the total you will pay is shown to you again before you confirm the payment.
  • It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • You receive a receipt by email from Stripe for every payment.
  • The paid plan is available to consumers and to business customers. EU business customers may enter a VAT identification number at checkout and are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
  • Sections 3 and 4 below are consumer rights and apply to consumers only. A business customer may still cancel at any time under Section 2, but has no statutory right of withdrawal and no entitlement to the voluntary refund in Section 4.

Your plan gives you a larger monthly submission quota and priority in the execution queue. The exact quota is shown on the pricing page and on your profile.

2. How to cancel

Either of these works:

  1. Open your subscription page, click through to the customer portal, and cancel there. This is immediate and self-service — you do not need to contact us or explain yourself.
  2. Or email [email protected] and ask us to cancel.

What happens when you cancel: your subscription stops renewing, but you keep paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off early and no further payment is taken. When that period ends, your account reverts to the free tier and your quota drops to the free allowance.

You can reactivate before the period ends and continue uninterrupted.

3. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. This right is real, and we describe it here in plain terms rather than burying it.

The 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded — the day you subscribe.

Because access starts immediately. Premium access is switched on the moment your payment succeeds, which is what almost everyone wants. Before you pay, we ask you to expressly request that access begin immediately, during the withdrawal period. This is required by law before we can start a service inside the 14 days.

What that means if you then withdraw. Requesting immediate access does not take your withdrawal right away. It means that if you withdraw partway through, we may keep a proportionate amount for the access you actually used, and refund the rest. In practice, for a €9 monthly plan, that is a small fraction of a small amount.

Our own policy is usually more generous — see Section 4. Where the statutory right gives you more than our policy does, the statutory right wins.

How to withdraw: email [email protected] with a clear statement that you are withdrawing, from the email address on your account. You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 7, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you paid with.

4. Our refund policy

Beyond your statutory rights, we offer a straightforward voluntary refund.

You can request a full refund of your most recent payment if all of the following are true:

  • your subscription is currently active;
  • you have not already received a refund for this subscription;
  • it is within 14 days of the date you subscribed; and
  • you have used no more than 10 premium submissions since subscribing.

You can request it from your subscription page, or by email. Approval is automatic when the conditions are met — there is nothing to argue about.

What happens: your subscription is cancelled immediately, your account reverts to the free tier straight away, and the refund is returned to your original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to complete it, depending on your bank.

Outside those conditions, payments are non-refundable, including:

  • renewals after the first 14 days — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge;
  • subscriptions where more than 10 premium submissions have been used;
  • accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.

We do not refund for downtime, outages, or unavailability. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee, and paying does not change that — see Section 8 of the Terms of Service. This does not affect your mandatory rights if the Service is not supplied in conformity with the contract.

5. Price and plan changes

If we change the price, we will tell you by email and in the application at least 14 days before it takes effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

We may change what the paid plan includes. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will notify you the same way, and you may cancel and request a proportionate refund for the remainder of the period.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and emails you. Your access continues during that window. If payment ultimately fails, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the free tier. We do not pursue unpaid amounts — the subscription simply ends.

7. Model withdrawal form

You do not need to use this form, but it is provided so the option exists.
